1. Who we are

Avila Insurance is the trade name under which Dallanis Avila, an insurance agent, offers information and consultations about life insurance, IUL and annuities. In this policy, “we” refers to Avila Insurance. You can write to us at dalla@avilainsurance.net or text us at 917-651-9661. Our mailing address is 99 Wall Street #1315, New York, NY 10005.

2. Information we collect

What you give us in the forms: name, phone, email, state where you live, the product you are interested in, the message you write and your contact preferences.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and the ad or link you came from.
Cookies and pixels: measurement tools, such as the Meta pixel, that tell us whether an ad led someone to submit the form.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers or bank or card numbers on this site.

3. How we use it

To respond to your request and contact you about your consultation by email, phone or, if you authorized it, text messages.
To measure and improve our ads and this site.
To comply with laws and rules that apply to insurance agents.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only when necessary:

With providers that help us operate (site hosting, form storage, calendar, email and messaging). If you choose to book a consultation, the calendar service receives your name, your email and the time you pick.
With advertising platforms, such as Meta, that receive site event data (for example, that a form was submitted) to measure ads.
With the insurance marketing organization and the insurance companies we work with, only when necessary to handle your request or meet regulatory obligations.
With authorities, if the law requires it.

We do not share your phone number or your text message consent with third parties so they can send you marketing.

5. Text messages

We will only send you text messages if you checked the optional consent box or if you write to us first. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP. More details in the Messaging Terms.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to give you access to your information, correct it or delete it, and to stop contacting you. Depending on the state where you live, additional rights may apply. Write to us at dalla@avilainsurance.net and we will respond as soon as possible. To limit ad tracking, you can also adjust the ad settings of your Meta account and your browser.

7. Security and retention

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure. We keep your data as long as necessary to handle your request or meet legal obligations, and then delete or anonymize it.

8. Minors

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from people under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date above shows the last revision.
