This site offers educational information and the ability to request a consultation. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Educational content, not advice
The content of this site is informational. It is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Before making decisions about your insurance, your 401(k) or other retirement accounts, consult a qualified professional about your particular situation, including the taxes and penalties that may apply.
3. My role as an insurance agent
Dallanis Avila is an insurance agent. I sell life insurance and annuities, and I receive compensation from insurance companies when a person buys a product. Reviewing your options or attending a consultation does not obligate you to buy or to move your money.
4. Products and availability
Life insurance and annuities are contracts issued by insurance companies. Their guarantees depend on the terms of the contract and on the claims-paying ability of the issuing company. Many products have costs, surrender charges and other limitations. Products, their features and their availability vary by state and may not be available in all states. Any numerical example is hypothetical and does not promise results.
5. Text messaging program (SMS)
- Who sends: Avila Insurance (Dallanis Avila).
- What messages: confirmation of your request, answers to your questions, times and reminders for your consultation, and follow-up on your request.
- Consent: we only text you if you checked the optional text message box in the form or if you text us first. Consent is not a condition of any consultation or of purchasing any product.
- Frequency: varies, depending on your interaction with us.
- Cost: message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
- Cancel: reply STOP at any time. You will receive a confirmation and we will not send you more messages.
- Help: reply HELP or write to us at dalla@avilainsurance.net or call 917-651-9661.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: we do not share your phone number or your consent with third parties so they can send you marketing. See the Privacy Policy.
6. Ownership of content
The content of this site is for your personal use. You may not resell it or present it as your own without written authorization.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Avila Insurance is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of the content of this site. The content is provided “as is”.
